If you find it necessary to change or cancel your appointment, kindly give us 24 hours notice so that we may fill your appointment with someone from our wait list.
If you miss an appointment without giving us 24-hour notification, we will remind you of our cancellation policy and request a credit card to secure future appointments. Failure to show for future appointments will result in your card to be charged for 50% of the booked services.
Please call us if you anticipate being late for your appointment and will do our best to accommodate your service.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for payment of services and products, as well as Ombú Salon + Spa gift cards. We also accept cash and in-state checks.
Tips are graciously accepted. You may tip your service provider directly; or, for your convenience, tip envelopes are provided at our front desk.
To ensure all guests have a relaxing experience please adjust your ringer to silent or vibrate.
To ensure the most relaxing experience for you and our guests, children are not permitted in the spa area.
We want you to be thrilled with the products we recommend for you. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will kindly exchange your product within 14 days.
