swedish massage
Want to relax? The Swedish massage is the massage for you! It is the most common and best known massage technique; with its main goal of promoting relaxation, alleviating soreness and tension, and increasing circulation. Your therapist will use mainly long, gliding strokes with a light to firm pressure depending on your needs and preference.

Desire something more intense? Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish, but with deeper, more intense pressure. It is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. It also relieves pain due to muscular spasms and increases mobility and range of motion.

Reflexology is art and science that views the feet, hands and ears as maps that represent the entire body. While wrapped in a warm cocoon, enjoy a scalp and foot massage. The body wrap is finished with warm towels and more stone crop moisture and hydration.

Reiki practitioners use intuitive wisdom to guide this energy during a reiki session, charging the body & energy field around you.
